The USA "National Hole in One Club" Registration Details are included on a web based registry, a brass plate can be purchased for  the Club House Board if your Club does not have a Board you may purchase one from the Club Shop

The “National Hole in One Club” was launched in 2009 to create a "National Register of Hole in Ones" in the USA.  All Registration details are included on a web based "National Registry "
